It's SUPA! Sean Danconia's SupaPop® Studios announces partnerships with Rollman Entertainment, Manga Entertainment/Animatsu, Henry Chebaane, and Al Kahn of Pokemon fame, at Licensing Expo 2016

LOS ANGELES, June 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Sean Danconia's "SupaPop" returns to Licensing Expo 2016 (Mandalay Bay Convention Center) in Las Vegas, June 21-23rd with multiple SupaPop partnership announcements including development deals in media, hospitality, toys, and gaming.  Joseph Watson Collection to host a red-carpet SupaPop gallery opening on the evening of June 22nd at 7:30 pm

Artist / designer Sean Danconia's dynamic take on the comic & animation worlds has made him a household name among Pop-Art aficionados. Exhibitions of his work include Disney's Wonderground Gallery (Disneyland® Resort), Gallery 1988, Mouche Gallery, Hero Complex and Sotheby's.

Danconia's SupaPop is a hyper-inventive imagination explosion, masterfully supergluing gaming, comics, anime, cinema and music into the ultimate licensing universe.

Following his trailblazing debut of SupaPop last year, Danconia has now joined forces with several industry leaders to launch his brand vision to the next level.

In the animation sphere, Emmy Award winner Eric Rollman of Rollman Entertainment has signed animation development deals for two SupaPop characters, Suzi Sixty-6 and J.Soul 7. "Eric brings broad and deep experience to the SupaPop venture drawing on his time as President of Marvel Animation in addition to his notable work on The Wildlife Docs and Sea Rescue," explains Danconia.

The iconic Manga Entertainment/Animatsu are also on board to develop SupaPop's Bebe Bardo and Loli Pop to appear together in an upcoming animated series. Over the past 25 years, Manga Entertainment has co-produced revolutionary anime like Ghost in the Shell and currently distributes One Piece, Dragon Ball Z and Attack on Titan.

In the hospitality sphere, the acclaimed London-based product and interior designer Henry Chebaane has joined forces with Danconia to develop SupaPop Space, a concept and architectural design division dedicated to applying Danconia's characters and art to experiential retail, entertainment and hospitality spaces.

Al Kahn, of Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Cabbage Patch fame, has signed on to join in the creation of a SupaPop 6-11 toy-based animation property.
