New York, New York, May 21, 2019 – BLACK+DECKER, a global brand leader in power tools, outdoor yard care equipment and home products, has signed three new partnerships with Wiesner Products, Vanderbilt Home and CYA Trading to extend its equities of innovation, performance, function and design and enhance the company’s existing portfolio of products. Beanstalk, Black & Decker’s brand extension licensing agency, brokered these agreements.
Wiesner Products will extend the BLACK+DECKER brand in cookware and bakeware. Wiesner Products is the industry leader in the design, marketing, sourcing and distribution of cookware, flatware, sink organization products, hot drink preparation devices and food storage and prep products.
Vanderbilt Home will develop laundry and bath organization and manual cleaning supplies under the BLACK+DECKER brand. Vanderbilt Home specializes in easy-to-use houseware products for the kitchen, tabletop, bath, laundry, storage, domestics and home décor.
CYA Trading will develop a line of BLACK+DECKER branded in pest control products. CYA Trading sources and sells a complete line of pest control products.
The new product lines will launch summer 2019, primarily in North America and in select international territories. The products will be available at retailers such as Walmart and Target, club stores such as Costco and BJ’s, home improvement stores such as Home Depot and Lowe’s, and ecommerce retailers such as Amazon and Wayfair.
Since 1910, BLACK+DECKER has been setting the standard for innovation and design of power tools, outdoor yard care equipment, and home products. The inventor of the first portable electric drill with pistol grip and trigger switch, BLACK+DECKER has evolved from a small machine shop in Baltimore, Maryland to a global manufacturing powerhouse with a broad line of quality products used in and around the home. When home owners have work to get done, they trust that BLACK+DECKER’s products will do the job efficiently and reliably.
