Redondo Beach, CA– April 30, 2018 - May 22nd-24th, 2018— In efforts to expand and support growth at Dependable Solutions, five individuals have joined the team over the past year, and now, they are gearing up for the biggest licensing event of the year along with the rest of the team!
Shaun Terbeest comes from a client services background spanning the last ten years. Before coming to DSI, he worked for a SaaS analytics company for three years in Los Angeles. Shaun has joined the Client Services team and will play an instrumental role to aid clients in DRM operations.
Prior to DSI, Lana Skvirchak worked for Hanesbrands Inc as a licensing coordinator working on activewear brands like Champion and C9, using Dependable Solutions’ software. Now, Lana has joined the DSI client services team to provide sales support, client support, new client training and updating training and support materials. Lana resides in New Jersey and is a Rutgers grad student.
Tonia Nessl returns to Dependable Solutions as a Senior Client Services Manager based out of Atlanta, GA. She has 4+ years Client Service experience at DSI and has over 13 years licensing experience, working with both licensees and licensors. Tonia graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and began her licensing career in Orange County, CA. Her family, including husband, 2 boys, and dog, moved to the Atlanta area a few short years ago.
John Baker is based in Phoenix where he resides with his wife and three children. He joined the dynamic development team at DSI in July of 2017, bringing experience from his prior role at Shamrock Co. as a software engineer. John holds degrees from Grantham University and Rio Salado College. On any weekend, you could find John spending time with his family and friends whether they are going to the lake or hanging out and playing video games.
Elliot Murphy joins Dependable Solutions as Operations Manager, working out of our office in El Segundo. Elliot moved to the US from the UK with his partner in January, having previously worked in a number of operations positions in London. He and his partner live in downtown LA with their dog – Elliot said, “It’s been a bit of a whirlwind moving across the pond, but I’m really excited to start working with the great team at Dependable Solutions and explore all that LA has to offer!”
